These are typically walkers, canes, crutches and collapsible wheel chairs. Our cars do have trunk space that can accommodate most of these mobility assistance items — but you will need to first confirm their dimensions with us.
All tour or special use cars must be pre-booked and paid in full in advance with:
No consumption of alcohol products in any of cars
No sealed and/or open alcohol products within the passenger area of our cars (trunk storage only)
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate any animal in our vehicles due to safety reasons for all.
♦ Booking a tour is made via on-line via a booking system and requires a valid credit card .
♦ Booking payment is for the full amount of the tour or use
♦ Cancellations made by you up to 14 calendar days calendar days in advance of the booked tour/other use date are fully refundable to the same credit card used at the time of booking.
♦ Cancellations made by you up to 7 calendar days in advance of the booked tour/other use date will be partially refunded at a rate of 50% and refunded to the same credit card used at the time of booking.
♦ Any cancellation made by you 6 calendar days in advance of a booked tour/other use is NON REFUNDABLE unless another tour/other use booking occurs for that exact date/time then a refund will be issued to the same credit card used at the time of booking
♦ Any changes to an existing booking can be made by the person who made the initial booking and subject to our ability to accommodate and at least 14 calendars before the scheduled tour/use booking so to avoid a cancelation fee as noted previously
♦ We reserve the right to cancel a booking at any time for any reason.
♦ Any cancellation by us prior to a booking commencing will result in either an offer to re-book at a later date or a full refund.
♦ WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO IMMEDIATELY CANCEL ANY TOUR/OTHER USE EVENT IN PROGRESS SHOULD ANY ACTIONS CAUSED BY OR POTENTIALLY CAN BE CAUSED BY ANY PERSON(S), ANIMALS OR THINGS THAT HAS/CAN INJURE OUR DRIVERS OR DAMAGE OUR CARS.
♦ SHOULD AN IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION BE DEEMED NECESSARY DUE TO ACTIONS MADE BY ANY PERSONS AFFILIATED WITH THE BOOKED TOUR/OTHER USE EVENT WE WILL IMMEDIATELY CEASE ANY FURTHER INVOLVEMENT WITH THE BOOKING AND DEPART WITHOUT ANYONE. THERE WILL ABSOLUTELY NO REFUND OR COMPENSATION OF ANY SORT IN CIRCUMSTANCES SUCH AS THIS.
♦ SHOULD AN IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION BE DEEMED NECESSARY DUE TO ACTIONS BY ANY PERSON(S), ANIMALS OR THINGS NOT AFFILIATED WITH THE BOOKED TOUR/OTHER USE EVENT ALL ATTEMPTS WILL BE MADE TO RETURN BOOKED PASSENGERS BACK TO THE ORIGINAL PICK-UP LOCATION OR NEARBY ALTERNATIVE LOCATION THAT IS SAFE AND ACCESSIBLE TO ALTERNATIVE TRANSPORTATION MODES IF NECESSARY. SHOULD THE NEED FOR SUCH ACTIONS OCCUR THERE MIGHT BE THE OPPORTUNITY FOR A REFUND OF SOME PERCENTAGE.
♦ All of our vehicles are available for commercial purposes namely print media or film work.
♦ Vehicle use will require our approval prior to booking
♦ Our vehicles will only be operated by our drivers unless previously approved by us.
♦ No physical alterations to any of our vehicles unless previously approved by us.
♦ No placement of human models or other objects in any of cars that could incur damage to a vehicle.
♦ All vehicles will return to our office each day unless previously arranged with us otherwise.
♦ Non-adherence to any of these general basics or any of the cancellation reasons noted previously can and/or will result in an immediate termination of services and vehicles.
